Our De Ferla Invalides branch will become De Ferla Champ de Mars in early 2022.
Created in 2019, in the 7th arrondissement of Paris, De Ferla Invalides is the result of our desire to establish ourselves in the beautiful districts of Paris and to collaborate with our new associate director: Carlos Oliveira. Our office is located at 162 rue de Grenelle and will soon move to 36 avenue Bosquet, also in the 7th arrondissement.
The 7th arrondissement is located on the left bank of Paris. Known for being the district of the Eiffel Tower, it is a popular district for its geographical location, its beautiful buildings and its very good reputation. Rich in monuments and history, it is home to the Invalides, the Musée d'Orsay, the Musée Rodin and the Champ de Mars. The average price per square metre is €14,780. It's a great place to live, a family area with good restaurants and nice shops, especially the Bon Marché on the border of the 7th/6th arrondissement.
Come and see us very soon at 36 avenue Bosquet 75007 Paris so that we can help you with all your real estate projects (buying, selling, renting and rental management, business). Our agency is open from Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 7.30pm and on Saturday from 10am to 6pm.
In addition to being a strategic location in the 7th arrondissement and close to lively streets such as Rue Cler, this premises on the corner of Avenue Bosquet and Rue de Grenelle has a strong sentimental value for De Ferla.
Like our 7 other agencies, we have favoured a corner location in order to have a high visibility and an attractive window display. This allows for more traffic as well as a more qualitative display in our windows.
Carlos joined De Ferla in 2017 by integrating the De Ferla Maine agency in the 14th arrondissement as a real estate consultant. Showing strong potential through his commercial abilities and results, he became associate director of the De Ferla Invalides agency in 2019. At the dawn of 2022, Laetitia, Carlos and Dan have new projects, in particular the relocation of this agency to become De Ferla Champ-de-Mars.
