Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

The promise to sell

 

When a buyer is convinced by your flat, he or she makes an offer, either at the price (i.e. the price determined with your real estate consultant) or at a negotiated price. At this point, you can accept the offer and sign the promise to sell with your buyer, otherwise you can continue the negotiations or refuse the offer that does not suit you.

The authentic act

 

After signing the promise to sell, the deed of sale must be signed by the seller and the buyer before a notary who authenticates it. This signature leads to the transfer of ownership of the property with the payment of the buyer's price in exchange for the seller's keys. Your real estate advisor will have gathered all the necessary documents for the sale and will be able to assist you during the meeting with the notary to best defend your interests. Once the deed is signed, the sale is completed.
